LG hosting NYevent on Aug7, Optimus G2 expected to be launched

                                   The Korean smartphone maker LG is all set to host an event on Aug 7 in NYC. The company has already sent invites for this event and said that it will be sharing more information in due course of time. LG has sent out these invites just a day after it announced that it will be deploying Qualcomms Snapdragon 800 processor in the Optimus G successor. Therefore it is said that the launch will be on aug 7 in NYC. The optimus G2 smartphone has leaked quite a few times in the past. The leaks suggest that the launch will be in the Q3 of 2013

This smartphone will have a mammoth 5.5inch display with adreno gpu and 2GB ram. It will have a strong 13MP camera and will run on Android jellybean
